In early July, we launched our first survey into how people feel towards public speaking in fintech and financial services. It’s open to all genders, and to people all over the world so we can get a balanced view.
It’s still open, and we’re seeking to get as many people to take this as we can. You can take the survey here: Our survey link!
We’re doing this because over the years, we’ve had many conversations with different people about why (or even if!) they want to do more public speaking, what’s putting them off, and how that can be improved. But we’re using what we hear anecdotally to make big decisions about how The Heard supports members and those in the industry.
We’d love to have some hard numbers to trust.
The survey is completely anonymous, and it’s not a data-mining exercise. We don’t want your email address or the name of your employer, we just want to know how you feel about a few things. It’s 6 short questions, and takes between 3-5 minutes at best.
We have an ambitious goal for our survey, we wanted to try and get 1,000 people all over the world to share their thoughts with us. We know it’s punchy, but we want our data to be as robust as possible.
If you can help us by taking our survey, or sharing this wherever you can to help us expand our reach, we’d be eternally grateful.
We’re also planning to create a report so you can see the numbers for yourself too, in case it’s helpful in your planning.
